Ink exersizes

These are some excersizes that we've done lately. These were for penwork (to improve our sketching)




This was a collaboration of the exersizes below. We were supposed to take a photograph and then change all of the tones into ink, and draw all of the tones without exterior lines.

















This was an exersize that made us practice our toning with ink using different techniques such as stipling, hatching, cross-hatching, and what not.












These exersizes helped us practice our lineweights and linetypes. There are straight lines, "nervous" lines, "chicken scratch" lines, heavy lines, light lines, dotted lines... and more.
